Men’s Fellowship
Serving Christ through Compassion!
We humbly acknowledge the guidance and spiritual leadership of our beloved Rev. S. Samuel, who has faithfully shepherded us in our journey of service. CSI St Paul’s Men’s Fellowship ministry is rooted in the teachings of Christ. Our mission is to strengthen the men of our Church spiritually, emotionally, and socially so they can lead with integrity in ten families, workplaces, and communities. Through our fellowship, we encourage one another to grow in discipleship, prayer, and accountability as Scripture reminds us: – Proverbs 27:17-“Iron sharpens iron, and one man sharpens another”. The team has the Hon Secretary Mr CJR Ebenezer; Hon Treasurer Mr K Vinoth Raj, and the Covenor Mr Prince Satya.

Our Thursday evening gatherings provide opportunities for worship, Bible study, mentorship, and out-reaching men to live out their faith boldly and to serve others with humility. – 1 The con as 5:11 – “Therefore encourage one another and build one another up, just as you are doing”. This is not just about meetings; it is about building lasting relationships, supporting one another in challenges, and standing united in the pursuit of God’s purpose. Together, we strive to be Christ’s love in action, making a positive impact both within the church and beyond.
Notable contributions by the Fellowship:
By the grace of God, our fellowship was privileged to organise the play “Alaipin Adivadugal”, which was graciously inaugurated by our esteemed Bishop, Rt. Rev. Paul Francis Ravichandran. This endeavour was made possible through the unwavering support of our Chairman and the office bearers of our Church. Through this collective effort, and with the wholehearted participation of all our church fellowships and members, we were able to contribute a significant amount of Rs. 15.00 lacs. over and above the expenses of Rs. 3.90 lacs, towards the restoration of our Church. We recognise this achievement not merely as a financial accomplishment, but as a testimony of unity, faith, and dedication. It is the Lord’s grace that has enabled us to serve His Church in this manner, and we remain committed to continuing our ministries with humility and devotion.
Ministries undertaken by the Fellowship:
- Ministry of Compassion- Praying for the sick and comforting bereaved families is at the very heart of our fellowship, guided by the Word as “Is anyone among you sick? Let them call the elders of the church to pray over them.” (James 5:14-15)
- Jeevodaya Cancer Hospice, Mathur – we will be visiting each one at their bedside to pray for them after a soothing song and Scripture reading. We support the patients with adult diapers. sanitary cleansers, cloth bandages.
- CSI St Mary’s Chapel at Rajiv Gandhi General Hospital – Conducting Sunday morning service at the chapel during the fourth week of every month with songs, bible readings and Word of God. We are witnessing many testimonies of the Lord’s miraculous touch. There will be prayers for the patients and their family members at the altar.
- CSI Elders Home – Anbagam, Adyar – Spending time with our old parents on the 4th Sunday afternoon. Strengthening their spirits through songs, Scripture, and fellowship. We support them with sharing God’s word for their spiritual standing and with food for their physical strength.
- CSI School for the Deaf and Dumb, Santhome – our fellowship members are actively involved in ensuring the kids learn our Holy Bible through skits, action songs and creative teaching and encouraging them to grow in faith despite challenges. We support them with snacks, school supplies and aids.
- During Christmas, we celebrate the Good news about the Birth of our Lord Jesus Christ, along with the needy people at the CSI Boys or Girls Hostel. We gift them with dresses, school bags and have a feast along with them at their places.
