St. Paul’s church women’s Fellowship has 100 members who gather every month on the 2nd and the 4th week, after the church service. Every second week, either Rev S. Samuel or Mrs Mangalarani Samuel (President) conducts the Bible study and 4th week, we share testimonies, medical information, and Bible quiz programs. The core team also consists of Mrs Maria Selvaraj (Secretary) and Mrs Priscilla Jayakumar (Treasurer).

The team is always involved in all the church fellowships. During the Harvest festival and Mission festival, we prepare food items and set up stalls to contribute to the welfare of the church. Last year, we collected lakhs of rupees in the harvest festival and in the mission festival through stalls and auctions. In Christmas time, we participate in carolling, etc., to make it joyful.
We participate in all diocesan women’s festivals and programs regularly. In December 2025, our diocesan women’s Christmas gathering was held in our church in the presence of our Bishop and Bishop Amma, along with the other dignitaries of the diocese and our church. We honoured everyone with gifts and food.
Notable ministries which the team does are as follows:
- We collected ₹10,00,000 for the church renovation work and gave the cheque to the committee in the presence of Bishop Amma on 8th March 2026.
- Rural ministry: We have been continuously selling the eatables for the past 25 years to build churches in the remote villages. The church in Bharathi Nagar, Uthiramerur diocese, was completed on 2024 November at a cost of 17,00,000lakhs and handed over to them.
- Village ministry: We also joined the Mallaipet Evangelical ministry by translating God’s word, organising children’s fellowship, individual prayer for women and singing hymns for the glory of God.
- Ministry among the visually challenged: We have been visiting the 30 visually challenged families at Maraimalai Nagar for the past three years, and during Christmas time, we provide them with a one-month provision and some basic needs, like bed sheets, etc.
- Slum Ministry: We visit the women below the poverty line in slums by distributing the basic needs to them along with good advice for their life, render prayers to their family and preach God’s word for their spiritual growth.
- New Project Implementation: We started an innovative program called Heavenly Treasures on 8th March 2026 in the presence of our Bishop Amma, Tmt. Indira Paul. Through this, we collect unused things kept in our shelves at home and sell them to help the poor and the needy. So, “Don’t save treasures on earth but save them in Heaven”, and join us in the wonderful beneficiary scheme.
All praise and glory to be given to our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Praise the Lord.
